Monteith's Golden Lager has an Original Gravity (OG) of 1044, alcohol of 5.0%, medium perceived bitterness of 16 and a final gravity of 1006.5+. This combination balances a smooth crispness with a refreshing mouthfeel to the beer.
Monteith's master brewer recommends the golden lager as an accompaniment to the delicate flavours of South Island salmon and other, lighter, wild foods.
